WAYS TO GIVE
Your gifts make it possible for us to dismantle financial barriers that make the arts inaccessible for so many in our community. They also enable us to continue to use dance as a vehicle for social justice. No gift is too small. We are incredibly fortunate to have you as part of our community and thank you for supporting Spectrum Dance Theater.

Donor Advised Funds
A donor-advised fund (DAF) is a charitable giving program that allows you to combine the most favorable tax benefits with the flexibility to support your favorite causes. If you have a donor advised fund, DAF Direct enables you to recommend grants to this nonprofit directly from your DAF (as long as your DAF’s sponsoring organization is participating).
Stanley Wesley Perryman Scholarship Fund
Support scholarships for young men of color to train and study at the School of Spectrum Dance Theater, in honor of alumni Stanley Wesley Perryman.
Your support of Spectrum Dance Theater as a season or gala sponsor is a meaningful commitment to raising the bar for inclusivity in arts and publicizing your support of dance as a vehicle for social justice and equity.
Spectrum Dance Theater offers a variety of sponsorship packages, many of which include complimentary tickets to Company performances, promotional opportunities, as well as tickets to Spectrum’s annual fundraising gala, MOVEMENT.
Join our group of season supporters, including the Ford Foundation, The International Association of Blacks in Dance, 4Culture, ArtsFund, Seattle Office of Arts & Culture, the Nesholm Family Foundation, the Hugh & Jane Ferguson Foundation, the Raisbeck Fund for Live Music, Laird Patterson, the Russell Family Foundation, and the Tricia Stromberg Professional Dancer Fund.
MOVEMENT is Spectrum’s largest fundraising event of the year, hosting an average of 175 guests and raising approximately $250,000 each year. MOVEMENT supports Spectrum’s programming at large but is also a vital source of funding to ensure that Spectrum’s Company is able to produce and present dance theater works of global caliber, provide rich, equitable Community Engagement arts programming, and to continue making dance accessible to all via The School of Spectrum Dance Theater.
