A dance party in your living room with Angie! Cardio and bodyweight resistance work. Just follow along and modify moves as necessary. You will move and sweat!
- If you have weights and/or bands at home, Angie will give you exercises.
- If you don’t have weights, grab two cans of soup or beans.
- You will need a hand towel for stretching (and sweating) and water.
