Adult Jazz

This is a classic Jazz class based on the timeless Luigi technique. Jerry will guide participants through general stretching of hamstrings, backs, necks, and arms along with some abdominal work.

Every class is different dance combinations using every genre of pop/jazz/theater music. Expect to sweat, move fluidly, and express your artistry!
