Gyrokinesis
9 - 10 [+]
GYROKINESIS®
is the technique behind the pulley based GYROTONIC EXPANSION
SYSTEM®, recently attracting the likes of Madonna and Tiger
Woods. This mat class focuses on rhythmic breathing and
using the entire body to move the spine fl uidly through
patterns and shapes. Repetition leads to heightening awareness,
naturally increasing range of motion and overall fl exibility.
Over time, the body learns how to move on its own and follow
new internal sensations freely and effortlessly. [x]
